米国DOEの研究所，米国規制庁，スペイン規制局も連名っていうちょっと豪華な布陣。日本はただの大学の教員，ゼネコン。日本の研究体制のなんというか，現場対応的なものがそのまま見えてますね。このほのかな残念感を著者を見て感じられたら，相当に研究通です。
